We contacted 2 to 3 builders to construct a house on our site. Our site was located at the interior place, and many constructed houses were present near the site. Most of the builders charge high per square foot for the site. But Siddivinayaka Enterprises didn’t charge any additional amount for our site. I had many queries about getting TSLR copies from the government side. I did not know where to approach and how the process will be. I was confused about the approval process. Later, I found out about Siddivinayaka Enterprises and approached them. They had taken charge of fixing all the approval issues and they cleared all my queries regarding this. They helped me in the approval process from the government side and did all the formalities related to that. We are living in a gated community. Here we have got some renovation work. So, we have searched for a professional in the construction field. So, we approached Siddivinayaka Enterprises after discussing it with the society people and the association. The society people all agreed to call them for the renovation works. In a short span of time, their team made all the renovation works neatly without any lacking. None of our society people felt disturbed throughout the process. I have approached Siddivinayaka Enterprises for the approval process. When compared to other companies' approval processes, their communication throughout the process was excellent. I felt more comfortable with them. But In other companies, I don’t feel good with the communication for the site approval process. So I didn’t go with them. Then I wondered why shouldn’t I approach Siddivinayaka for the new construction work. We have approached many builders, and most of them quoted that if the minimum constructed square feet is 1500, subsequently the cost will be quoted as 2100 rupees. But in Siddivinayaka Enterprises, there is no deviation in the price. Even for 650 square feet, they can charge 2100. So we reached them for construction.
